Capita appoints new commerical director

The real estate and advisory division of consultancy company Capita has appointed Dwayne Brook to the role of commercial director.

Brook will be responsible for providing commercial governance as well as leading on developing new, innovative delivery structures for the company. He brings a wealth of expertise from a previous role within Capita and has a background in the property sector. After selling his architecture business to Capita in 2001, Brook went on to work in Capita Group Sales as a commercial director, leading various successful bids and negotiations.

Dave Spencer, managing director of Capita Real Estate and Infrastructure, said: “I welcome Dwayne into our team at Capita Real Estate and Infrastructure. That he joins us from a previous Capita position in group sales provides us with extended knowledge and experience in many areas that we operate in, such as Capita Local Government, and I look forward to working with Dwayne as he transforms the way we operate with our existing and new clients.”

Commenting on his new role, Brook said: “I am excited to be taking on this new role in a business which has produced some fantastic projects to be proud of. As well as providing commercial governance, I aim to help leverage our existing talents so that we can grow and increase earned value, whether that’s working to ensure that projects are delivered in the best possible way for clients through to co-design of innovative corporate, funding and delivery structures.”
